If you are in a charter school or PSP, you do not need to file a PSA.

Your school is established when you say so

Your school is legal when you put together the following paperwork:

Enrollment letter

Course of study

Teacher qualifications

Immunization records

Attendance record

It is recommended to keep your paperwork in an easily accessible binder

You are required to notify the state about your school by filing an online form each year between October 1-October 15. If your school is established after 10/15, you may file at any time.

You are covered by private school regulations.

There are no state requirements for standards, curriculum, or testing.

There are no state requirements for teacher qualifications, number of days for schooling or number of hours of each day for school

No one is authorized to routinely check paperwork
